牛兴龙，男，博士，副教授；2018年7月来中北大学任教，任职以来，给本科生讲授《系统辨识》、《系统工程导论》和《工程计算》等课程；主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，参与面上项目1项；发表论文10余篇，多次参加国际自动控制联合会、中国控制会议、中国自动化大会等国内外控制领域重要学术会议；还是IEEE TAC, IEEE TC, AJC等控制杂志审稿人。
